SUKKUR: The National Highway was blocked due to the arrival of Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan. The road was closed due to protocol as he was going to Khairpur. As soon as the roads opened, there was a massive traffic jam as cars tried to overtake each other on the highway.
