Instagram rolls out new exciting layout mode for stories

With over a billion active users, Instagram has become one of the most popular social media platforms.

Hence the company keeps updating and enhancing user experience with new and improved features in the photo-sharing app.

In recent news, the social media giant has launched its latest layout mode for stories that will provide users with a wide range of grid display styles for still images within a single frame.

Instagram began working on the new feature back in August and has finally started rolling it out. The layout option is visible in your Stories camera mode providing users with a variety of presentation styles to choose from.

There are around six different grid styles available for use, which and app researcher, Satyam Sinha, was recently spotted testing the new feature out.

The timing of the launch is perfect given the holiday season is right around the corner, Instagram will be able to take advantage of maximum app engagement.
