Four kidnapped Levies personnel return home

QUETTA: Four Levies personnel who disappeared from the mountain range near Sunni area of Kachi district, returned home. The Levies personnel were abducted on December 3.

According to details, a dumper vehicle of a construction company was torched by unknown gunmen who also opened fire in the area of Ashiq Marri. Later, Levies force pursued the culprits, where five of its personnel, Safer Khan, Mohammad Amin, Arbab, Hussain Bakhsh and Nouman Shahwani were kidnapped from the mountain ranges.

Local administration initiated search operation in the area for the missing persons and recovered the body of one of the kidnapped officials, Safer Khan on December 4, while the search for the rest of the four continued.
