ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has approved a two-year extension in the service of Pakistani Ambassador to Denmark Fauzia Abbas on humanitarian grounds. The ambassador’s husband, former ambassador to Austria M Shahbaz, died of cancer last month. During a meeting with the envoy, the prime minister expressed sorrow over the demise of her husband.
