QUETTA: Advisor to Balochistan Chief Minister for Education Haji Muhammad Khan Lehri said on Tuesday that the provincial government is taking all measures to ensure the provision of fully equipped science labs in all the government schools to foster research-based educational activities in Balochistan.

“Following the need of science teachers in the province, the government has commenced recruitment to hire science experts for children,” said Lehri while addressing an exhibition held in Al Hamd Islamic University on Tuesday.

Stressing upon importance of science and research in the 21st century, the advisor said without pushing the youth towards academics, dream of a developed Pakistan and Balochistan would remain unfulfilled. “Today human beings have made it to space because of science, which is imperative for building an educated and prosperous society,” he said.
