Provision of basic facilities a priority, says minister

He says that provision of health, education, clean drinking water and construction of roads are his top priorities

QUETTA: Balochistan Health Minister Mir Naseebullah Marri has said he would try to come up to the expectations of people as they had reposed their trust in him and given him mandate.

The minister made these remarks while visiting Kohlu’s District Headquarters Hospital on Monday. Medical Superintendent (MS) Dr Ataullah Marri briefed the minister about the issues of the hospital. Marri later visited the water supply scheme of the hospital to review the shortage of water problems.

Speaking to media on the occasion, Marri noted that people had reposed their trust in him and given him mandate. He maintained that provision of health, education, clean drinking water and construction of roads are his top priorities.

Marri said that district headquarters hospital was providing 24-hour medical facilities to the needy and ailing and that to ensure the attendance of staff biometric system was being introduced.
