QUETTA: Balochistan Minister for Food and Social Welfare Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran has said district level inspection committees will be formed to improve the administrative management of the food department to eliminate corruption.

“Each district committee, consisting of four to six members will also include an unofficial representation of a local neutral leader. The department will make the food sector an active institution of public service in the true sense,” he said while listening to public issues in his office.

The employees of the Social Welfare Department were also present on the occasion. The provincial minister underscored that along with weekly review of the performance of Food and Welfare Department, the district and provincial level employees would be obliged to attend their duties.

“We will never turn our backs on our people. Our vision is to serve them,” said Sardar Khetran.
