NUSHKI: President of Zamindar Action Committee Mir Azam Mandai has condemned the demolition of walls in the tribal lands by the Nushki administration and has said that the authorities have given a licence to the land mafia to get away with their motives. The district president in a statement has slammed the demolition of the four walls and homes at the station area. He claims the administration is destroying the peaceful environment of Nushki by ousting people from their ancestral homes. Warning that the current administration is treading a very dangerous path, he criticized the “conspiracy to force the tribal leaders out of their lands” in the district. Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Abdul Razzaq Sasoli monitored the work of demolishing the encroachments himself that had taken place on the government lands. He was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Nushki Soban Saleem Dashti and Tehsildar Irfan Khilji. FIR has also been registered against those who had pelted the forces’ vehicles with stones.
