Minister urges quality education for progress

Stresses on the use of technology in educational institutions

QUETTA: Balochistan Minister for Public Health Engineering and Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa) Haji Noor Muhammad Dummar has stressed upon the need for students to acquire technical education for a bright and prosperous future.

Dummar shared these views while addressing a ceremony at Balochistan University of Information Technology and Management Sciences (BUITMS) Loralai campus.

“The provincial government has been working hard on the educational sector. Without imparting quality education to youth, we cannot progress and work for the betterment of Balochistan,” he said.

Speakers laud educators’ role on World Teachers’ Day

The minister stressed upon the use of technology in educational institutions.

“Pakistan became nuclear power due to advancement in technology and this increased our influence in the region,” he remarked. He lauded the progress BUITMS Loralai campus had made and pledged to address issues of the varsity.
