Pick-up van falls into Korangi River

KARACHI: A speeding Suzuki pick-up van fell into Korangi River on Saturday, after the driver lost control of the vehicle. According to the traffic police representative, the driver was injured as a result of the accident and no other person was present inside the van when it fell into the river. The vehicle was taken out of the river with the help of a crane and the driver was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for treatment.
