Chief Minister Jam Kamal plants sapling at Akhuwat University

He urged students to work hard for achieving their goals and serve the nation

KASUR: Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal on Tuesday visited Akhuwat University and inaugurated the tree plantation drive there. Provincial ministers Murad Raas, Col (R) Hashim Dogar, Muhammad Mohsin Leghari, Noorul Alemeen, Samiullah Khan, Patron-in-chief Akhuwat University Amjad Saqib, and Principal Akhuwat College Sher Afgan also accompanied the chief minister.

Addressing the students, Chief Minister Jam Kamal eulogised the role of Akhuwat University in providing education to youth. He said the Balochistan government, on the pattern of Akhuwat, would provide loans to poor people to help them attain a better quality of life.

He urged the students to work hard for achieving their goals and serve the nation along with taking part in extra-curricular activities. He invited students to pay a visit to Gwadar.

“Students should refine their abilities by adopting healthy activities,” the CM added.   “The doors are open for the university and assistance will be provided whenever the institution is in need,” he assured.

Provincial food minister Samiullah Khan also spoke on the occasion. Later, Chief Minister Jam Kamal also planted a sapling in the lawn of the university.
