Bhootani pledges quality infrastructure in Hub

Says National Highway Authority will construct a new highway near Hub Bridge to ease traffic in the area

QUETTA: Member National Assembly from Gwadar and Lasbela Aslam Bhootani has pledged quality infrastructure in Hub. He arrived in the city on Sunday to review construction work of National Highway.

Director National Highways Authority Kashif Ali Sheikh briefed Bhootani regarding the restoration work.

Talking to the journalists, MNA Aslam Bhootani said that highways in Hub have been in the poor state hence he has discussed the repair work with the National Highway Authority (NHA).

“Citizens of Hub are facing immense problems due to dilapidated highways. However, after the repair work is completed, they will get relief in travelling from Hub to other cities of the province,” Bhootani said, adding that no negligence would be tolerated over the quality of material and timely execution of the project.

He further said that the National Highway Authority should construct a new highway near Hub Bridge to ease traffic in the area.

“Being a representative of the people of Hub and Gwadar, I have been urging the Federal Government to address the woes of the people,” he added.

Earlier, Aslam Bhootani reiterated that he is not oblivious to the public issues. Pledging to solve problems, he said people from Bela to Gwadar have entrusted him with the mandate and solving their issues remains his priority.
