QUETTA: As many as 13 missing persons have returned to their homes in various parts of Balochistan, the Department of Home Affairs informed the federal commission on missing persons.
The commission, headed by Balochistan High Court former judge (retd) Fazlur Rehman, heard as many as 79 cases at Jamali Hall of Civil Secretariat in Quetta during the five-day proceedings.
The commission, which heard around 15 cases on Friday, was informed that around four missing persons have returned to their homes in Kech and Awaran districts.
According to the Department of Home Affairs, out of these four missing persons — three belong to Kech and one to Awaran. Their families have confirmed their return, the department said.
The commission disposed of case of a man from Quetta because his case did not fall in the missing persons’ category.
