Real-life couple Iqra Aziz, Yasir Hussain to share screen space

The pair will be working together for the first time

We have some good news for Iqra Aziz and Yasir Hussain fans! After their much 'publicised' engagement at the Lux Style Awards this year, it looks like the couple is all set to star in their first drama together.

Titled, Jhooti, the project is directed by Syed Ramish Rizvi and written by Ali Moeen. The actors took to social media to share their excitement for working together for the first time.

Hussain shared a picture of the duo and wrote, "Iqra Aziz ke sath acting ka pehla experience hai. Bhai wah kya hi kamaal adakara hain aap (First experience of working with Iqra Aziz. What an extraordinary actor!)"

Aziz, on the other hand gave a little insight on her character in the show. "Nimra believes money is everything you need in the world," the Ranjha Ranjha Kardi actor shared.

However, she also shared a picture with her fiancé.

On the work front, Aziz wrapped up the second season of the popular sitcom, Suno Chanda. She bagged two LSA accolades for her performance as Jiya. Besides this, she also received ample praises for her show Ranjha Ranjha Kardi alongside critically-acclaimed star Imran Ashraf.

Hussain, on the other hand, has been performing theatre with Anwar Maqsood's Naach Na Janay. The play has been helmed by famous director Dawar Mahmood.
