Inclusion of projects to open new vistas of development: Senator

The provincial government has allegedly been releasing millions to non-elected members against the will of the people

QUETTA: A senior leader of Balochistan National Party (BNP-M), Senator Jahanzaib Jamaldini has said that due to the efforts of Balochistan National Party, Federal Government has included various provincial development schemes in Federal PSDP which would change future of the masses. “Unfortunately in malignity of BNP (Mengal), the provincial government is causing delays in development schemes proposed by Balochistan National Party,” Senator Jamaldini said while addressing workers in Naushki on Wednesday, adding that development schemes for Naushki worth of millions of rupees are being delayed. He claimed that the Federal Government included provincial development schemes in the Federal Public Sector Development Program following recommendations and suggestions of Balochistan National Party (BNP-M). “After the 18th amendment, provinces have been awarded rights but in prejudice of BNP, provincial government in Balochistan is causing hurdles in the development schemes,” the senator added.

He alleged that the provincial government has been releasing millions of rupees to non-elected members against the will of the people of Balochistan.

“Development schemes proposed by opposition members particularly BNP’s MPAs are being neglected,” Jamaldini said.

He mentioned that masses in Balochistan were being held hostage by the incompetent provincial government.

He stressed upon party workers to continue striving for rights of Balochistan and remain consistent against all challenges.
