LANDI KOTAL: The Khasadar forces in Landi Kotal tehsil of Khyber Tribal District on Sunday staged solidarity rallies in favour of Kashmiris and vowed that they will be at the front in any national conflict involving India.

The rally was arranged by senior officials of the force in the tribal district. It commenced from Bab-e-Khyber and marched to the Jamrud Press club in Landi Kotal tehsil of the erstwhile federally administered tribal areas (Fata).

Personnel held up banners and placards as they chanted slogans against Indian tyranny in the disputed Himalayan territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The participants of the rally later torched effigies of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as they demanded that the nonstop curfew in the disputed valley should be lifted on humanitarian grounds.
