Rod Marsh has shown interest in helping raise Australian cricket out of its present pothole. He added that he was speaking with administrators about the possibility of joining the national selection panel. Marsh is coming towards the end of a six-year stint as coaching director of the ICC global academy, and is understood to have spoken to Cricket Australia management about the selection panel and his desire to take part in it.
