KARACHI: In case you haven't noticed, eyeshadow looks in an array of vivid colours are all the rage at the moment in the beauty world and we are not complaining.

From bright pink, to twilight blue and even all the colours of the sunset, some of our very own lovely celebrities are lighting up Instagram with their own take on the trend. The look is versatile - day or night, you can easily create a fabulous look with a pop of colour.

Becoming blue with Sonya Hussyn

The Moor star sure knows how to create a moody and mysterious nighttime look with this gorgeous twilight blue eyeshadow shade. Sonya also reminds us all the number one makeup rule - if you're going for a strong and dark eyeshadow, keep your lips lighter. Which she does oh-so-well. Not to mention, her bright orange printed saree is totally on point with the eyeshadow colour. A fabulous colour combination, we say!

Pretty pink with Mahira Khan

The queen of understated elegance is at it again. We haven't seen Mahira rock a bright eyeshadow colour in a while, but she pulls off this pink shade perfectly. The Superstar actor wins hearts as she creates this dreamy look by using a bright pink eyeshadow - not overdoing it of course - on her lids. Mahira skips the heavy eyeliner and uses a slick of mascara and loads of highlighter which gives a very ethereal vibe. The star compliments the makeup look sporting a satin number and glitzy earrings.

We cannot get over Hareem's gorgeous play with sunset colours on her eyelids. The whole look is simply mesmerising! Using different shades of burnt orange, marigold and browns, the Heer Maan Ja star simply looks like a dream.  Flushed cheeks using a deeper pink compliments the look, as well as perfectly groomed brows. Soft eyeliner on the bottom waterline makes her eyes pop too. Bravo.
