PATTOKI: A woman jumped into a canal with her three children on Saturday. Rescue workers managed to rescue the woman while the search for the children is still underway. According to details, Shamim Bibi, a resident of Terath village n Pattoki, had quarrelled with her husband. As a result of the argument, her husband physically assaulted her and threw her out of their home on Saturday morning. Consequently, Shamim Bibi jumped into a canal with her two daughters and son identified as nine-year-old Nimra, five-year-old Sonia and two-year-old Aqib. Police stated that a case will be registered against Shamim Bibi. Officials added that the search for the missing children is still underway.
