Three members of a family murdered

Gunmen opened fire at the family, killing parents and five-year-old daughter

PATTOKI: Three people were killed while a girl was reportedly saved after unidentified gunmen opened fire on a family in Shergarh Road on Friday. The deceased belonged to one family and the head was identified as Syed Safdar Abbas aka Sone Shah, who was a resident of Mohalla Darbar Sharif. He was traveling from Shergarh to Habibabad in Lahore when the gunmen opened fire at the family, killing 35-year-old Safdar, his wife 30-year-old Zahra Safdar and daughter five-year-old Urwa Safdar. The second daughter of Safdar, one-year-old Hira Safdar, survived the incident.
