Mohsin Abbas Haider and Fatema Sohail's case created a domino effect when Pakistani celebs finally decided to address domestic violence upfront and centre.

While many stars such as Mahira Khan, Gohar Rasheed, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mansha Pasha and others condemned Fatema's ordeal, others came out as witnesses to her abuse.

Now, Jami is calling them out for 'waiting for the right time to support.'

"All those actors singers and humans who are standing up for Mohsin Haider’s wife, please remember most of you didn't say a word for Lux Style Awards madness," the 021 Operation director shared on Facebook. "You all are part of this big drama but chose to join the easiest bandwagon because you all had to look smart and activist type, right?"

He added, "Some even knew he was beating her up but waited for the right time to support her. Mind boggling society."

The film-maker, known for his candid statements, ditched his LSA trophy earlier to stand in solidarity with the victims.
