The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted drizzling and scattered rain in the metropolis late Thursday evening while the weather will remain partly cloudy during the day. The maximum temperature is expected to remain between the range of 33 to 35 degrees centigrade. The PMD officials said that hot or very hot and dry weather is likely to persist in most parts of the province over the next 24 hours.
