Summer vacations: IHC issues schedule of benches

ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued schedule of benches and court timings during the summer vacations.

During the first week of summer vacations commencing from July 11, Justice Muhammad Anwar Khan Kasi will hear cases until July 23.

Then from July 25 to August 21, Chief Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rehman will hear cases. From August 22 to September 4, Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan will hear cases.

Justice Kasi will resume hearing from September 5, until the end of the vacations on September 11.

The court timings during summer vacations will be from 9:30am to 12:00pm. During the vacations, IHC will hear only bail matters, habeas corpus, detention matters, and cases related to imminent threat of irreparable loss.
