Two bodies recovered from sea
Both the victims were residents of Pak Colony and belonged to the same family
KARACHI:
The bodies of 14-year-old Kamran and 24-year-old Moiz, who drowned at Sunehra Beach, near Manjar Goth, have been recovered from near Hubco power plant. Both the victims were residents of Pak Colony and belonged to the same family. They had come to the beach for a picnic, along with other members of their family. The search operation to find the victims was carried out by Pakistan Navy divers, Karachi Metropolitan lifeguards and Edhi lifeguards. Two boats and a sea king helicopter were also used in the search. After hours-long search, the bodies were eventually found from near Hubco power plant and shifted to a nearby hospital in an Edhi ambulance. Police handed over the bodies to the heirs after the completion of medico-legal formalities.
