Section 144: No swimming in the Chenab

MUZAFFARGARH: District Coordination Officer Tahir Khursheed has imposed Section 144 throughout the district and banned people from swimming in the Chenab river.  The DCO said no one would be allowed to go near the banks of the river. The decision was taken in the wake of the recent drowning of children. No one would be allowed in the 200-yard radius around the river.
