ABBOTTABAD: The Abbottabad District Administration has successfully launched the anti-shopping bags campaign and sealed a factory in Qalandarabad and had seized a huge quantity of illegally manufactured shopping bags and had also recovered more than 400 kilograms (kg) polythene bags from the warehouses and shops at the college and supply road.

Abbottabad Assistant Commissioner Usman Ashraf has raided the factory which was running its business activities without obtaining any legal authorisation at Qalandarabad and as section 144 has been imposed by the deputy commissioner.
