The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) government filed two petitions in the PHC on Friday. The first sought the withdrawal of the court’s decision while the second petition saw the government pleading for an early hearing of the case.
In the petition, the provincial government argued that they were not served notices for the first hearing of the case. The plea further argued that the provincial advisers and special assistants were appointed as per the constitution and the law.
The high court had suspended a notification for the appointment of the special assistants and advisers on Thursday.
