‘Opp creating chaos for personal gains’
Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan says the government is making sincere efforts to steer the country out of multifarious problems

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the opposition is creating chaos for its personal gains. She expressed her views while addressing functions in Sialkot and Daska on Thursday. She added that the hue and cry by some political party leaders was aimed to divert attention of the public from corruption of former rulers. She further said the PTI government was making sincere efforts to steer the country out of multifarious problems. She informed that the government was endeavoring to alleviate poverty and to end corruption from the country. Dr Firdous explained that the PTI government believed in the supremacy of rule of law and democracy. “PTI government is making all out efforts to strengthen democratic institutions besides promoting democracy at grass roots level.” The advisor also listened to the problems of women and assured to solve their issues on priority.
