ATC rejects bail pleas of two accused in anti-state activities case
According to police, accused made speeches against security forces
KARACHI:
A special anti-terrorism court (ATC) rejected on Monday the bail plea of two accused in a case relating to anti-state activities, interference in government work, riots and terrorism.
The court rejected the bail pleas of accused, Ikramullah and Ihsanullah. According to the police challan, the accused held public gatherings on January 4, 2019. Speeches were made against security forces, people were instigated to rise against security forces and slogans were raised against Pakistan and security forces.
There are 33 accused indicted in this case.
The case against the accused was registered at Gulshan-e-Maymar Police Station on Jan 5, 2019.
