Bilawal issues tickets for polls in merged districts

Out of 16 tribal constituencies, PPP issued 11 candidates party tickets for the elections

PESHAWAR: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto has issued tickets of the 11 constituencies of the newly merged tribal districts for the upcoming provincial assembly elections.

The provincial leadership of the party has said that Chairman Bilawal would hold a political gathering in the tribal areas after the Eid.

The provincial party source has told The Express Tribune that PPP parliamentary board has concluded the prospective candidates for the provincial assembly and out of 16 tribal constituencies issued 11 candidates party tickets for the elections.

The party source told that those who were awarded the party tickets included on PK-100 Khozur Khan, on PK-101-Anees Khan, PK-102 Saeed ur rehman, PK-103-Muhmamad Arshid Khan, PK-104 Malik Israel Khan, PK-105-Malik Nadeem Khan, Shah Khalid Afridi on PK-106, PK-107 –Sohail Khan Afridi, PK-110 Shabghan khan-PK-113 Najeebullah Mehsood, and PK-114 Imran secured the party ticket.

The party tribal leadership was advice to start their activities after the holy month, while the Chairman has also indicated that he would also be part of the political campaigns in tribal areas.
