If this isn't a case of mistaken identity, we don't know what is. This week, two Indian actors were confused for terrorists on the sets of Hrithik Roshan's upcoming film. Soon after being spotted by the Mumbai police, the duo of Balram Ginwala and Arbaaz Khan was taken into custody.

The arrested suspects were working on a Bollywood project starring the Krrish actor alongside Tiger Shroff, reported The Hindustan Times. A case was filed against the two men soon after being picked up by the cops.

After being alerted by a security guard from an automated teller machine (ATM) north-east of Mumbai, the control room swung into action. Policemen and coast guards from seven different stations were commanded to be on red alert. The two bearded accused were spotted by the guard, Anil Mahajan, while one was buying cigarettes and the other was sitting in a "suspicious looking van".

Both were dressed in army fatigues with a cartridge belt on them. Mahajan, who was previously with the Border Security Force (BSF), alerted his brother who is an employee of the Mumbai police. He then called the control room and informed them. A team led by Senior Police Inspector Rajendra Kamble of Manikpur police station scanned the closed circuit television (CCTV) footage in the area. The license plate number of the van was circulated, as the officers suspected a bigger gang of terrorists inside it.

In a surprising turn of events, when the cops finally managed to spot the van in Nalasopara, they were told that Balram and Arbaaz were nothing more than junior actors from the forthcoming film, tentatively titled Hrithik vs Tiger. While Yash Raj Films (YRF) confirmed the incident to Mumbai Mirror, it did not issue an official statement on the matter. However, the police has now booked the unit in-charge and the set coordinator along with the two actors.

The YRF produced movie is the most anticipated film from the two Bollywood action heroes. Recently, Tiger revealed that the flick is in its last leg of filming. “I feel that the film is going to be something cool. The idea is to get Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt of Mission Impossible versus James Bond, together in the same film. That’s the idea,” Tiger said.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the yet-to-be-titled movie also stars Vaani Kapoor.
