Capital Punishment: Drug dealer sentenced to death
Deciding the case, Judge Ahmad awarded capital punishment and a fine of Rs0.1 million to the drug trafficker.
FAISALABAD:
District and Session Judge Malik Ishtiaq Ahmad has sentenced a drug peddler to death. According to Gulberg police, the man was charged on several counts and also received a life sentence. According to the prosecution, the police arrested Chak No 54GB resident Rashid alias ‘Kashi’ and recovered 20 kilogram of charas from his possession in 2009. Deciding the case, Judge Ahmad awarded capital punishment and a fine of Rs0.1 million to the drug trafficker.
