Attock to get Mother and Child Hospital 

The 200-bed hospital will be housed in a six-storey building

ATTOCK: Provincial Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid stated on Tuesday that a Mother and Child Hospital will be soon set up in Attock at a cost of Rs4 billion. She said this while addressing reporters during her visit to the Attock District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ). The provincial health minister said that the 200-bed hospital will be housed in a six-storey building with a nursing college and a doctors’ colony. She added that so far 8 million Insaf Health Cards have been distributed across the country, including 100,000 in Attock. She added that all the concerned health officers have been asked to ensure the provision of medicines to the patients.
