LAHORE: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Amna Imran Khan has assigned special tasks to all three additional DGs to ensure transparency at all levels while executing development projects being carried out by the authority’s engineering wing.

The DG has constituted four committees, each headed by an additional director general, to oversee the tendering procedure, procurement process, cost estimation, quality assurance and other aspects of development projects.

An estimation committee, which will be headed by the additional DG (UP), will verify the estimates prepared by the engineering wing for development projects. In addition, a grievance redressal committee, also headed by the additional DG (UP), will look into the complaints of relevant stakeholders regarding tendering procedures.
