Prime Minister Imran Khan is expected to chair the federal cabinet meeting on Tuesday and discuss the country’s overall political and economic situation, Radio Pakistan reported.

The proposal to constitute the power division and petroleum division as two separate ministries shall be under focus during the moot.
The prime minister on Tuesday handed the additional charge of the petroleum division to Omar Ayub Khan.
Ayub already holds the charge of the power division. The portfolio was earlier held by Ghulam Sarwar Khan who was ousted after failing to perform up to expectations.

On Monday, the cabinet division issued a notification to give the division over to Ayub.
