Ramazan bazaars to open soon

LODHRAN: Deputy Commissioner Rao Imtiaz Ahmed said that Ramazan bazaars will become operational from Shaban 25. He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting regarding the arrangements for Ramazan Bazaars on Saturday.

He revealed that all daily use items, fruits and vegetables will be available at cheaper rates at the markets.

He maintained that 30 fair price shops will also be established by the district government where five daily use items, including gram pulse, gram flour, dates, lemons and bananas, will be available for a subsidy of Rs20 per kilogramme.
