KVTC students brings laurels for Pakistan in Para-Taekwondo Championship

Hassan, Yasir, Abid win gold medals in respective categories in Osaka, Japan

The students of Karachi Vocational Training Centre have made Pakistan proud once again at the 17th WATA Para-Taekwondo Championship held in Osaka, Japan, clinching 3 gold medals from the President Para-Taekwondo Wing.

Team Pakistan was comprised of three specially-abled students of Karachi Vocational Training Centre.

Hamza Hassan, Yasir Ali and Abid Khan were the ones who showed the world that no challenge, intellectual or physical, can stand in the way of hard work and dedication.

Under the supervision of Grand Master Najam Khan, Team leader Amir Shahab, Coach Mohammed Siddiq and Physical Trainer Mohammad Noman performed par excellence and won the gold medals in the following categories: Individual Poomsae cadet male 12 to 14 years, Individual Poomsae Junior Male 15 to 17 years, Individual Poomsae under 30 Male.

The untiring efforts of the staff and exemplary practices of international  standards at KVTC can be seen behind this remarkable achievement.
