Arjun Rampal, girlfriend expecting first child

Actor was previously married to former Miss India Mehr Jessia, who parted ways with him last year

Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal on Tuesday announced he is expecting a child with his lady love Gabriella Demetriades, reported Hindustan Times.

Sharing the news on Instagram, the Aankhain actor wrote, "Blessed to have you and start all over again. Thank you baby for this baby."

Along with it, the Roy star uploaded a photograph of himself with his girlfriend in which she is seen flaunting her baby bump. Hailing from South Africa, Gabriella is a model and actor. She has also acted in Bollywood film Sonali Cable.

Arjun was previously married to former Miss India Mehr Jessia. The power couple took the media by storm last year, when they announced that they were going their separate ways after two decades of being married.

According to India Today, the couple had been growing apart for a while and after a while, they came to the conclusion that their differences were irreconcilable.

Arjun and Mehr were reportedly waiting for their daughters, Myra and Mahikaa, to come to terms with the separation before they announced it.

The couple decided to give their marriage another shot but things went awry last year. In late 2016, the couple had a nasty spat that resulted in Arjun walking out of their home for the first time.
