"Saddest to the core. How can a hospital, a place where people come to save their and their loved ones lives, be so under-prepared and negligent. Don’t they know their actions can end lives? When they are touted as the most noble profession, how can they not understand the importance of preparation," the Nescafe Basement producer penned. "It’s a matter of life and death. We lack training in every profession. We need to open our eyes collectively and socially to understand that standards for everything need to be raised drastically for the sake of our lives. Our loved one’s lives. I’m broken by this incident. May your soul rest in peace and may the culprits be taken to task for their wrongdoings."
