PESHAWAR:
Peshawar. Around 1,400 Khasadar force personnel have announced boycott of performing security duties for polio vaccination teams during the inoculation campaigns in the South Waziristan. Several hundred personnel of the Khasadar force were still opposed to the extension of police in the seven tribal districts. “Today we have informed the district administration through our representatives that we would not be able to provide security to the polio workers in the next campaigns, if government fails to provide written assurances to us,” a Khasadar source told The Express Tribune.
