RAWALPINDI: The Pirwadhai Police registered the case against a suspect for hurling threats at an invigilator. The applicant Tariq Mehmood told the police that he was a primary school teacher who was serving as a Resident Inspector (RI) in the matric board examinations of Rawalpindi Board. He received a call from the board controller who said that a person named Kashif had accused him of assisting students in cheating during the examination. As a result of the allegation, Mehmood was told to stop doing his duty.  However, after the investigation, it was discovered that the person alleging Mehmood was helping students cheat was himself a part of a cheating mafia. Later, the accuser sent Mehmood very serious threats.
