NAB files fourth reference in illegal allotments case

KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) filed a fourth reference against former Karachi Development Authority (KDA) director Nasir Abbas and others in an accountability court on Wednesday in the case pertaining to illegal allotments of 13 plots in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. The administrative judge of the accountability courts in Karachi accepted the reference for hearing.

The NAB reference stated that the investigation against former Sindh local government minister Jam Khan Shoro and government official, Muhammad Ramzan Awan, was on-going.

The reference mentioned that a supplementary reference would be filed against them, once the investigation was complete. Others accused in the reference include, Khalid Zafar Hashmi, Fazal Bukhari, Irfan Khan Yousufzai, Nadeem Ahmed Siddiqui and Syed Farzand Ali.
