Eight-year-old boy subjected to sexual abuse in Chichawatni

CHICHAWATNI: An eight-year-old boy was allegedly subjected to sexual abuse in Chichawatni, Express News reported on Tuesday.

The police said that S* lodged a complaint at the police station in which he stated that his son, H*, was playing outside his house when Asghar Ali abducted him.

The victim’s father mentioned that when his son did not return home, he and some others went looking for him.

He stated that during the search, one of the locals told them that he saw the boy going with the accused to the latter’s home. He mentioned that they immediately rushed to the spot and saw the suspect sexually abusing H*. He said despite their efforts to catch the culprit, he fled the spot.

The father demanded that police arrest the culprit and punish him sternly for committing such a heinous act.

Meanwhile, the police have registered an FIR against the accused and conducted raids to nab him.

On April 8, a man tried to rape his nephew in Burewala.

S*, a resident of 447-EB Village, was married and her husband Muhammad Jameel had gone to Karachi to work as a labourer.

She lived in the house with her six-year-old son U*.

Her husband’s brother, Abdul Rasheed, would often visit their house to meet them.

On the day of the incident, she was busy cleaning the house while U* was playing in his room. Abdul Rasheed came to the house to meet them and while the mother was in the kitchen, the suspect went into her son’s room and tried to sexually abuse him.
