Twitter really does keep its users' demands in check. Now it’s time for the battery-saving dark mode that the company has just tweeted about, but here’s the catch, it’s only for iOS users.

New tech regulation 'inevitable'

When using Twitter, the OLED screen will have a black background that will help extend battery life. The panel will only light up when the pixels are not black. Twitter also does state that the black background will reduce the strain on the eye, especially where it is dimly lit.

The users couldn't be more thankful about the new announcement.
