UK deputy national advisor lauds Pakistan’s efforts towards regional stability
UK advisor, COAS discuss matters of mutual interest including security cooperation and overall regional situation

Deputy National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister of UK Christian Turner appreciated Pakistan’s efforts towards regional stability during his meeting with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Wednesday.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of mutual interest including bilateral security cooperation and overall regional situation were discussed during the meeting.
Bahrain's army commander calls on COAS: ISPR
Earlier this month, Bahrain's army commander had also called on the COAS and appreciated Pakistan's role in regional peace.
Tensions escalated dramatically between Pakistan and India on February 14 when a young man – a native of Indian occupied Kashmir (IoK) – rammed an explosives-laden car into an Indian military convoy, killing at least 44 soldiers.
