Agreement: KCCI signs MoU with PTCL

PTCL will establish a help desk at the chamber to resolve problems faced by members.

KARACHI: Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) and Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for mutual cooperation at the KCCI office on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Business Zone South Abdullah Yousuf announced establishing a help desk at the chamber to resolve problems faced by members. He announced to assign two officials to manage the help desk, saying that the desk would act as a one-window solution center and extend services of sales, marketing, resolution of complaints, and issuance of duplicate bills, along with other facilities.
