Bollywood star Deepika Padukone shared the first look of her upcoming film Chhapaak, on her Instagram and Twitter, a few hours ago. One of the most-anticipated films of now, the Meghna Gulza directorial is based on the story of Laxmi Agarwal, an acid attack survivor.
Padukone, who will portray the role of Agarwal, can be seen in the avatar on the poster and fans are more excited than ever. ''A character that will stay with me forever..." the star's Instagram caption began. Padukone also revealed that the shooting for Chhapaak begins today and it will be releasing in January next year.

Since then, her post has gone viral on social media. Fans were very impressed with her resemblance to Agarwal and praised the team for all their efforts. "This is just so so incredibly done!!
