Education drive rally taken out in Dukki

DEO, Tehsildar urge parents to admit their children to schools on time

DUKKI: Under the leadership of District Education Officer Dost Mohammad Loni and Tehsildar Abdul Majeed Jogezai, a rally was taken out in Dukki on Tuesday to spread awareness among the people regarding the school admission campaign.

Dukki Press Club General Secretary Sohail, students from various schools, tribal leaders and government officers participated in the rally.

The participants held banners and placards with slogans regarding the awareness campaign inscribed on them.

The rally went through different roads of Dukki.

Separate schools for boys, girls in every UC a must: CM

Later at the DC Office, DEO Loni and Tehsildar Jogezai addressed the participants of the rally, saying the admission campaign started at all government schools from March 1.

“All parents must admit their children to the school on time,” they said, adding that it was the responsibility of each person to cooperate with them in making the admission campaign a success.

“Without equipping our children with education, we cannot progress.” they said. “We can take on the world after being educated.”
