Countless fans have come out to support her and remind people that this is a moment of joy. Nonetheless, the backlash hasn't seemed to end. Recently, TV host Aamir Liaquat took to social media to make a dig at Hayat.
The Actor in Law star has been ignoring the hate for the most part however, she spoke up when a local publication for "vilifying" her character. She further demanded for the article to be taken down and an apology to be issued as the post was "libelous". Hayat also threatened to take legal action for defamation if these conditions were not met.

To this, Liaquat replied with his own woes. "And should I not sue your movie Load Wedding where your entire movie revolves around me, defaming and wrongly portraying my character WITHOUT my consent? As an artist you did not only work in such a movie but you failed to stop the nonsense in it. Shameful!"
