Hania Aamir opened up about her struggles with fame, spirituality, and mental health in an interview with BBC Asia.

The young actress shared reflections on how her rapid rise to fame has led her to question her purpose and responsibility toward her fans and her faith.Hania revealed that while she is grateful for her career, she sometimes fears the impact of fame on her life and how it might affect her in a spiritual sense.

"I'm scared of what I'll say when God asks me about my life," she said, expressing anxiety over whether her achievements are meaningful.

Hania admitted feeling uneasy about the idea of defining her life solely through her work in show business.

Discussing her mental health journey, Hania explained her desire to raise awareness and support others facing similar challenges.

She believes more people today are open to addressing mental health issues, but noted that this openness wasn’t always common in Pakistani society.

Hania shared her hope that her own experiences might encourage others to speak up, adding, "I don’t want anyone else to go through what I have.

”Despite her apprehensions about fame, Hania expressed happiness over the positive impact she has on her fans.

She explained that one of her motivations for staying active on social media is to bring smiles to her followers, especially those facing difficult times.

"It’s rewarding to see people finding happiness from my posts," she said, welcoming the increased dialogue around mental health.
